Nusha Ramsoondar is a senior medical learner at NOSM University (2024) with an interest in social accountability research, specifically in anti-racism in healthcare and health equity for marginalized and vulnerable populations. She plans on practicing in Northern Ontario and working with underserved populations as a future physician.

Nusha was also awarded the Ontario College of Family Physicians - “Medical Student of the Year" award for 2023. She is grateful for her preceptors' support and is excited to become a doctor in the region.
