Lucy is currently pursuing a M.Sc. in the Interdisciplinary Health program at Laurentian University. Her thesis focuses on " Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Healthcare: Perceptions Among Older Adults in Northern Ontario." She received her undergraduate degree from York University in the Honours Global Health program and specialized in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. During her undergraduate, she completed her placement at York University - Dahdaleh Institute of Global Health. Her research focuses primarily on aging, women's health, and northern and rural health. Lucy was born and raised in Nepal and currently resides in Sudbury. Lucy spends her free time volunteering in her community and hospital, reading books, and going on short hikes and drives.
