Jinfan joined NOSM University as a Research Associate in March 2025, collaborating with Dr. Brianne Wood on projects focused on primary care assessment and anti-racism training. She is also a graduate student at the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto and is honored to be a recipient of the Canada Graduate Scholarships-Master’s (CGS-M). Jinfan’s research interests include improving the care of chronic conditions in primary care, enhancing healthcare system efficiency and sustainability, and advancing the Quintuple Aim. With several years of expertise in knowledge synthesis and qualitative research methods, she has contributed to numerous publications, including those on Indigenous cultural safety training and the adoption of learning health systems in Indigenous health contexts.
